No. INH000027681; BSE Enlistment No. 7239) with its registered office in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. axczel.com is the parent organisational website of Axczel Research Private Limited. It provides general information about the Company and its three divisions — Research, Quant, and Insights. This public portal does not itself provide research recommendations, advisory services, software, or subscriptions. Those services are offered through the respective division portals, each subject to its own terms.

09Governing law, jurisdiction & arbitration

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, difference, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the site shall, as far as possible, be resolved amicably. Failing such resolution, the dispute shall be referred to and finally settled by arbitration seated in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The language of arbitration shall be English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.

Subject to the arbitration provision above, the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising out of or relating to these Terms.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
